Today I am reviewing Reunited With the Bull Rider, the second story in the Wyoming Cowboys series by Jill Kemerer.
Here is a brief synopsis:
Goodbye rodeo, hello hometown
But is this Wyoming Cowboy ready to face his past?
Amy Deerson wanted to mentor a child. Her plan did not include former bull rider Nash Bolton—the little girl’s brother and guardian. It’s been a decade since Nash left town without a word, breaking Amy’s young heart.
Now they must put their painful past aside to help fragile, traumatized Ruby. If only getting over their first love were that simple.
MY THOUGHTS:
This wonderful story really touched my heart!
When Amy Deerson shows up at her church to meet the young child she’s been asked to mentor, she has no idea she’s about to come face-to-face with Nash Bolton, the man who broke her heart! But this story is so much more than just two young people trying to cope with the present, without letting the past destroy what they’re working together to accomplish. Nash’s young sister desperately needs Amy’s help — and friendship — if she’s to get beyond her own scary past.
Jill Kemerer did an awesome job bringing these three people together… and helping them to seek God’s help in working together. Great characters. Great story. This is one of my favorite books now — one I will read again and again.
Warning… you might just need a tissue to get through this heart-warming story!
Happy reading!
Blessings!
